Playguide pop-up?

So I recently got the game on PC and its great (compared to ps4). However everytime I log in I get this pop up that always ask me if I want to have the "Mogstation" open up in my web browser. I have to tell it "NO" every single time I log in to my game/character.

Is there a way to turn this off?

This doesn't happen on PS4 btw only on the PC version.

It should be in Character Configuration.

There's an option to disable it in Character Configuration, near the bottom of the list in the UI Settings subcategory.

Another little problem (more of a minor annoyance than a problem) is that my text is kinda "faded"? For example the text that i'm referring to is the text that pops up during cut scenes of the story or side quests. Basically like when Cid talks the text isn't as rich and dark black as it was on the ps4 version. Instead it's kinda "faded" almost looking like a dark gray color.

How do I make it a rich black color so that it's easier to read?

I know this game has tons of costumization options, but I don't really know what a lot of them do.
