The item order is incorrect for "Disciple of the Hand" tools, Lv. 10-19 in the three main cities. All tools are sorted by level. However, the Weaver needles reversed. In particular "Bat Fang Needle" and "Amateur's Needle" should be swapped.

Steps:
1. Go to Syneyhil <Fieldcraft Supplier> in Limsa Lominsa.
2. Click "Purchase Disciple of the Hand Tools"
3. Click "Purchase Tools (Lv. 10-19).
4. Scroll to "Bat Fang Needle" & "Amateur's Needle."
5. Note that the first needle is Lvl16, second is 12.

All other tools in each level category are sorted by level/cost, except for these two. To reproduce, I am pointing you at Syneyhil, but you'll see the same behavior in Gridania and Ul'dah.
