Extremes, savages, ultimates have different difficulties in a curve and players who are casual can attempt everything of course. That doesn't make it casual content. Normal mode trials are the casual versions.

I can be in a casual static, but do non-casual content casually not caring about when I clear or if I'm wearing bis. Just because I'm being casual about it doesn't make the content casual.
Hence why it's being classified as casual raid content. What the dev team chooses to classify it as isn't necessarily going to be the same, especially given the Yoshida is notorious for overselling the difficulty of content. From a raiding perspective, this is casual content because it'll be extremely easy.
