My question is will I get another 30 days for free added onto my account?

My credit card gets charged 13 dollars each month on the 24th it seems. If I get another 30 days for free will SE not charge me on the 24?

It sneaks in after your current paid time runs out, and then you go through that(if you have additional retainers, you won't be able to access them until the free period is over), then it will charge your card again after the 30 days is up
