You can't know what everyone is thinking at any given moment. But if there's a problem, the majority of complaints are going to be centred around it.

Living Dead has some serious problems. Some people may have learnt to tolerate it, but it's not an enjoyable ability. It's the only action in the game which kills you if the base requirements aren't met. Those requirements, in turn, are completely left in the hands of another player on a different job who may or may not understand how it works. Amazingly, you'll even find experienced raiders who still can't tell you how it actually works, despite us endlessly having this same rehashed conversation on the forums all the time. This is in part due to a series of badly written tooltips that still haven't been fixed since Heavensward despite being flagged as a localisation error.

Even if you've planned its use with your team and everyone understands how it works, the game doesn't actually support you around its use. There's no UI gauge elements to show how your team much healing is still required, despite there being irrelevant on-screen UI gauge elements for everything on your job from Darkside and Living Shadow durations (neither of which you particularly need to pay attention to), down to the last time that you played Verminion. I'm looking at you, Masaki Asakura. Get it together. And even if you decide to go down the classic "forget it, let's just Bene" route, remember that Bene is on a 3 minute recast and Living Dead is on 5 minutes, which means that they couldn't be any less in sync.

I suspect that the main problem is that there are like 4 listed Battle System Designers covering like 17 different jobs. That's not even one for each role. And to be heard you have to shout out over the endless voices demanding new housing glamours, details on Aymeric's dating life, or new cash shop pretty pretty dresses during one of the Q+A sessions that happen once every two years. It's not surprising that the issue hasn't been heard of by the dev team, let alone fixed.
