THats due to the aetheryte being right there for instant access to the MB no teleport required like Gridania or Ul'dahl. TBH I kind of wish they left the aetheryte back on the upper decks from 1.0. But it is what it is. If you are playing on PC i would suggest updating it or toning down your settings.
