Recent lag spikes for several days

Hi there,

I've had an issue where I get occasional heavy spots and rubberbanding in FFXIV, especially while raiding. This started several days ago, and has persisted since.

Found the IP via my resource monitor.

Generally the chi-b23-link.telia.net is the node that has been having issues whenever the lag spikes begin. I'm not sure if it's on FFXIV's side or my ISP's side.

Been having lag and disconnect issues a whole lot over the last couple days, so I ran a couple tracerts. Both times, my ping suddenly doubles at sjo-b21-link.telia.net [213.155.133.171]...not really sure what these things mean, just that it looks like that's where my issue is... /shrug

When you experience lag, are you connected directly to the router or are you using WiFi? Additionally what have you tried to alleviate the issue so far?

Wired connection to the router.

I have tried nothing to alleviate this issue because it's not on my end. I've had absolutely 0 issues with anything else I'm doing on my connection since this started a few days ago. The only problem is this game.

Same as MacLeod, I have a wired connection to my router.

I initially thought it was a modem/router issue, so I power-cycled it. I still continued to have the same issue after. I only have an issue with FFXIV at the moment.
