Just bought a new PS4 controller and the triggers are extremely sensitive on PC

Is there a way to adjust the deadzones or is my controller defective? I bought it yesterday and this was my first time using it, but my other controller doesn't behave like this at all. They're both DS4 (PS4) controllers.

I'd attempt to explain how it looks but I can provide some video.

Has this happened to you? Any idea what it could be or what I could do to fix this?

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

I advise to try making sure the controller drivers are updated and make sure it is properly calibrated. However, only Xinput controllers such as Logitech and Xbox are officially supported for the game on PC. With that in mind, are you able to try a different controller?
