Raid NPC "Chat Bubble" covering important UI elements

    Date & Time: Aug 4 2020
    Frequency:
    World name:
    Character name: Icy Tease
    Retainer name:
    NPC name:
    Monster name:
    Class/Level:
    Party or solo:
    In-game time:
Area and coordinates: E5S aka Fulmination Savage
    Housing:

    Steps:
    1. Customize UI to have something important top of middle in the exact wrong place . In my case, I had a separate target cast bar, named "Target Info (Progress Bar)" which appears to be just a lil too far down. This approximate positioning, as in image below, will likely get completely covered with NPC chatter.

    2. Play E5S until his first Stepped Leader (an important mechanic to see and dodge), which occurs about 3.5 minutes in. You'll see the NPC "bubble chat" is covering this important UI Element.

Below is example from older recording of a different character where I'd tried similar UI tweak and positioning. Here my custom target cast bar was fortunately placed slightly higher. You can clearly see that the bubble is partially covering the UI element:

Workaround: the spinny circle of the chat is coinciding exactly with his cast, so can react to that form of "progress" instead. But it is a tiny spinning circle compared to my custom big cast bar. I made big cast bar for a reason, after all

Possible Solution 1: I would prefer if the NPC chat bubble had much lower "z-index" than my custom UI elements, so that it always appeared below with UI elements on top.
Possible Solution 2: Or add the NPC chat bubble text as another customizable UI element (currently missing and not customizable at all)

    thanks!
