    It would go in upgrade account or register game code. Something along those lines.

    Did he make a new service account accidentally?
    Even if that's the wrong place to input it, trying to use the code again just says it's already been used. I also checked and it only shows 1 service account on his mogstation.

    He's already submitted a ticket to customer support, so if there are any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

    [edit]: also one more thing to add, it seems he still has all the restriction that goes with the free-trial in effect. Not sure on the overall character limit but the game still limits him to one character per server, can't invite other players, trade, etc...
