[GM Feedback]: Gm Azilenmity

I'm not sure if this is where I post this but I just wanted to write a short thank you to Gm Azilenmity. I was in the MSQ roulette and I have never heard such vulgar and hateful things from a FFXIV player that I did this evening. I politely asked the player to not say those things but that did not go far. I decided to report them because no one should have to read such hateful and awful speech. Gm Azilenmity replied immediately and was very kind, understanding, and genuinely concerned. This is the reason why I keep coming back to this game because THEY CARE. Thank you Gm Azilenmity, I appreciate you more than you know. Also they said, "Thank you for taking the time to speak with me and never forget, a smile better suits a hero!" Which is just completely delightful!

Nice to see feedback like this. We mostly see criticism about SE's support methods, and while they definitely do need improvement in certain areas we must not forget that there are very good staff who do their best with the tools that they are given.
