    Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend making sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.

    Thank you for answer.
    First I bought a new SSD, but so I think it's not the problem. cuz it crashed on HDD and SSD both.
    And I checked my hardware's temperature, it was arround 45C ~ 50C. I guess it not really high.
    plus, like I said I don't use overclock and my fans are clean.
