Alliance Roulette desperately needs a split

. The roulette rewards are for people willing to fill in 'wherever is needed most', and oftentimes that just happens to be Crystal Tower. Anyone who wants to run a different set of alliance raids can just queue up for them specifically.

If only this happened I would have 0 complaints about this, but I've had friends at prime time wait more than five hours prior to the Mog Event and people then leave abruptly cause it wasn't ARR, so clearly that doesn't work as intended.
