Can we have replicas for relics that aren't past steps?

Sorry about the title, I couldn't find a better way to phrase it. Anyway, as an example, I have Xiphias, the second/third to last DRK relic from Eureka (depending on if you count Physeos), but I have no interest in getting the rest because I personally don't like the flashy effects on them, and I only did Eureka at all for that specific model anyway.

But because I haven't gotten the Eureka version, I can't get a replica of Xiphias to put in the glamour dresser. So I have to lug it around for every time I want to glamour it. Same with other past relics, like Armageddon that I use for MCH.

It's not like it affects the actual weapon at all, so why can't we have replicas for the current step we have instead of only previous ones?

"Privilege"? Lol what? I have replicas of previous steps, what difference does it make if I have a replica of the one I have. I already have the weapon itself, I can already glamour it, so why can't I also have the replica? It's a QoL thing, not a 'privilege' or clout thing.

Yeah no. I spent enough time there, and that's not a solution. It doesn't hurt other players if people have access to replicas of their current step in the relic line, so why is your solution "just do it lol" instead of just being okay with it?

It's weird how people on these forums have a hard time just being like "I'm not really all for this idea but it's an interesting one nonetheless" when there's a suggestion brought up. It always has to be refusal.

Its designed so you unlock the previous replica, and get them all once completed. Otherwise, just use the one you have, since you already have it. Probably in place so you don't accidentally throw away work thinking you are getting rid of the replica.

I shot down the reasons people gave of people using world visit to shop, not the idea of adding world visit to other cities at all. Even if it's how you say, I guess two wrongs do make a right, huh? Its less that you disagreed and more that you immediately asked for something that also hurts no one, while saying no to something that hurts no one.

Okay clearly you're mistaken about something, because I never "immediately" asked for anything, I think I initially replied to that thread a full day ago, and I don't think replicas are related to world visit. Maybe you should just drop it and stay on topic instead of making yet another innocent thread I made some argument about me. I don't know why everyone insists on that every time. I also don't know why I bother starting any threads when there will always be someone to criticize me and not the actual topic.

The replicas are made available for previous steps because you no longer have them. You still have the current step so there's no reason to provide a replica.

If you don't like keeping it in your Armoury Chest, put it in your chocobo saddlebag. You can access that from even more areas than you can access glamour plates or the glamour dresser.

As you said on the World Visit thread, it isn't necessary therefore we shouldn't add it.

This isn't necessary either, merely being "a QoL thing" as you yourself said and you can easily just finish Eureka. Therefore by your own logic, we shouldn't add this.
