I mean 360 mins que as tank . seems a bit much , isnt it ?

Also, they announced this 6+ months ago. We had the first step available to do for the last 4 months at least. Waiting until the day they dropped a patch with new content that people wanted to play was maybe not a great idea? Bozja wont be available for another month-ish. Try again in a couple days/a week and the ques should be better. Dangadget isnt wrong about DPS/healer being quicker for alliance raid either. And as Twin is a european data center server, you can turn on matching with the extra languages(if you dont already do that) to see if that helps too.

I dont care when it was released . wtf are you saying . its content from the expansion , and i cant do it cause it hold me back a ally raid from another era.
Frizze cmon man . this should be fixed , or atleast checked if something els can be done.

Lets take the following things into account regarding your queue:

1) Yesterday a new patch dropped - people are busy doing that right now, instead of old 24-man-raids right now
2) I'm not sure since when you're queueing right now, but looking at that screenshot you posted, its about 5pm ST when you were in that ~5 hour queue. Which means you started this queue at noon ST - a time when most people in europe are usually at work, school, uni... or, in other words: Not playing the game.
3) Up to yesterday there was special incentive for veterans to go back and run those 24-man raids specifically to give everyone a chance to get them completed before 5.3 - I'm talking about the moggle tomestones. They did do something by offering more reason for people to queue for those raids.
4) Selecting all languages and queueing as a dps or healer are also good advice.

Or, in short: You picked a pretty bad time right now to do this raid - right after they offered a bonus to everyone for doing it and close to/at a patch day. Give it a couple of days, maybe see if your sever does "weekly 24 man"-raids on certain days (I know some servers do that or at least used to do that) and try going in with a different job.

Basically all of this. I bet if you queued for any of the Crystal Tower quest that unlock 5.3 content or the new Nier raid it would have been almost instant. Relic weapons are just not priority at the moment but will be very soon.
