Steps: After i kill monsters for some leves (For example: "Clearing The Forest") in Blackshroud, i cannot summon chocobo right away.
It says: You cannot call your chocobo while engaged in battle.

Happens often, while annoying just give it like 10 secs and you will be able to call your choco.. Usually happens only if you immediately call your choco after JUST slaying the mob.. I call it usually 5-10 seconds after the mob has been defeated and rarely run into this problem.

I also ran into this problem and it stayed for over a minute.

I managed to remedy the issue by entering and exiting active mode.
