Faction Acheivement Party Bug

Similar to This Thread a friend and I have come across errors in the credits towards achievements.

NPC Name: Diego Athral, War Wolf, Whmelgo

In-Game Time: unsure

Steps:
We were in a duo party doing faction leves together. We started in Limsa and did the r20 Horn & Hand Faction leve "Collecting Sea Shells". We both picked it up and completed it 4 times. When we checked out achievements we both earned 8 points towards the "A Slave to Factions" achievements and the "Leaning Towards the Horn Acievement". We then evaluated leves for another faction, and we both picked up r20 Brotherhood and Sheilds factions "Operation: Kobold as Ice" and "Wanted: Palemoon Parazuzu" in Bloodshore. We went there and did all 4 leves (no linking). However when we checked our journals, we recieved credits towards the overal acheivment for total factions, but we both only received one credit towards the faction specific acievements "Leaning Towards the Bortherhood" and "Leaning Towards the Sheild". Seeing as how we shared the credits for the H&H leve we assumed that the other factions would be the same.

Is there some kind of bug with the acievement UI calculating the credits earned when the leve is shared?
