I'd like the flipside. Keeper skin colors with seeker eyes

I always thought it was weird that seekers' eyes were permanently contracted, while keepers' were always dialated.
(Also it makes no sense biologically since seekers mainly live in flat areas, where as keepers are shoved into "somewhere in the shroud" which has a lot of vertacality. So vertical pupils would've made more sense on keepers since they're said to help with vertical FoV. But if fixing that were to trade my fangs for eye slits, no deal!)
I understand why they did what they did. Their pupils contract in the day and widen at night all for the purpose of better vision and given that seekers are generally diurnal and keepers nocturnal or in poorly lit terrain. Both tribes should have the fangs and I just think their eyes should automatically switch between contracted and dilated with in-game time. Like 6-18 eorzea time is contracted and vice versa for dilated. It would just work like the day/night music for zones.I always thought it was weird that seekers' eyes were permanently contracted, while keepers' were always dialated.

Having clan "crossbreeds" seems more likely than racial ones, at least technically. It would be nice to be able to choose from all the features of a particular race and then have the game give you a lineage (e.g.: 20% sun/80% moon) based on your choices, for RP reasons.

Honestly, that is VERY MUCH in-line with the sort of vibe I would go for with a "third tribe"!
I mean, if we could go back in time, I actually think female Xaela (Cirina notwithstanding) should've been based on that concept art, whilst Raen females could be the current type.
But much as I support touching up and even making minor changes to existing races, I fear that would be just a BIT too extreme of an update for existing female Au Ra. Better, I think, to have a third Au Ra clan whose females are free to go for much more of an "evil seductress/warmonger" vibe. In fact, a funny spin would be if the males of this clan were actually the shorter gender (or at least, splitting the difference, where males and females of this clan are roughly similar height).
Speaking of; whenever they DO add Male Viera (I honestly do think it's coming at some point), I'm personally kind of hoping that instead of making a male equivalent of the "tall, amazonian women", they might just make them much more slight of stature, more akin to a teenage boy. Either that, or maybe instead of bunny ears (if they ARE tall, handsome-looking men), maybe they would have antlers instead of ears? You could technically say it's a riff on the idea of a "jackalope", but I just kind of love the idea of a tall, muscular dude with proud-looking antlers. Almost a "spirit of the wild" type of vibe.
As for female Hrothgar... honestly not sure. Maybe instead of trying to make them "sexy" or "give them boobs", maybe they could just have slightly more slender frames, but be MORE savage-looking/less-friendly than the males?

It's pretty dangerous adding a hunch to anything, especially an involuntary one- when they gave the no hunch option to several races in WoW it basically was the death knell of the hunch they all but completely vanished. And while people begged and complained for the hunch to end for all its races that had one for years, it's quite telling that there was basically never anyone asking for a hunch to be added to any races without one.
Not saying noone likes it, but without it being completely voluntary on a current clan, or on an entirely new one, I'd expect it to be harshly rejected.

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but quickly glancing it doesn't look like it.
But the devs have stated that more than the two clans we have access to do exist. It's just that, like in real life, genetic variance is so vast, yet similar to one another, that distinguishing features are like a dime a dozen. What that means in terms of reality is that, people aren't so different from one another. What that means in terms of game play is the devs are not making another model for someone who is just going to look exactly the same as everyone else, lol.
This is exemplified in game by several characters too. Yda, Minfilia, and Warburton are all Highlanders, despite using midlands models. It makes semi sense for Yda and Minfilia, given the female model didn't exist yet, but Warbirton uses the Midlander model even though a Highlander one existed in 1.0. (Although, this could be a way of showcasing that there can be variations within a "clan". Just because someone is a Highlander doesn't mean they have to be super tall, lol.)
Any of the Hyurs met in the east aren't referred to as Highlanders or Midlanders, but as Eastern Hyurs. The same with Gosetsu, the devs stated, he isn't a Hellsgard or a Seawolf but another "clan" entirely.
This is exemplified in game too, by stating that over time one "clan" can divulge enough to become it own separate thing after a time. The Duskwight Elezen were once a part of the Wildwood, but became their own thing after several generations of isolation. The same is true for the Elezen of Ishgard, and the Au Ra of Sui-no-Sato.
So you see there aren't just two clans in game. We just have access to two versions of certain clans.

I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.

I still have my theory that the only reason why duskwights and moon keepers are blue is because unfiltered shroud water has tons of silver in it, causing the isolationist clans to turn blue.
I've kind of always suspected as much, myself. But getting an additional clan would definitely be awesome all the same, I think.I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but quickly glancing it doesn't look like it.

Granted, I'm also in support of simply adding more Face options and the like. New Clans just sounds cooler, though, with the potential of introducing new cultures. I especially love the idea of a Norse Viking sort of Hrothgar clan (even their name sounds very nordic, imo). More Canine features with maybe some braided beards or things like that, maybe? And more optional scars (maybe even a scar over an eye that renders that eye white and "blind").
