Anyway, as to the thread, it's Garlemald confirmed. Assets and art for a Garlean aetheryte were recently datamined.

If that is true, I wonder if the rumors about the 2 new jobs for 6.0 are true or not as well.

Rumor is that the two new Jobs is a Healer Chemist which is obvious how that will work and a Tech Mage DPS Job that specializing in using Technology to perform magic.

Weapon of choice is unknown for both of them.

However, we will find out soon next Friday on February 5th hopefully.

I think you misunderstand their discuss. They are debating if Garlemald will be in 6.0 or not no matter the size of focus.
One side is arguing that Garlemald will not be in 6.0 (there are some people out there even thinking Garlemald won't be accessed until 7.0 or 8.0) and another side is saying Garlemald will be in 6.0 even if it maybe get the Ala Mhigo treatment.

I think the expansion will be split between Garlemald and Sharlayan. The tempering towers make it too dangerous to enter Ilsabard without the Echo, so WoL will either need to go alone or assemble a team of Echo-users to infiltrate the continent. Meanwhile the Scions will go to Sharlayan to search for a way to undo tempering on a mass scale, now that they've found a way to undo it for one individual at a time.

We don't know exactly if it's the tower itself that's tempering or if there's a pseudo primal at the base of it. Also if it works like normal tempering we could bring the scions with since we have been shown to be able to make a tempering force field. Either way we have a primal killing force already, arenvald and fordola

It's a shame Mikoto is stuck in Bozja for the time being. A Mikoto/Arenvald/Fordola/WoL light party sounds like it'd be kind of fun to me. I suppose we still have Krile, too, though I can't recall her ever doing much fighting, if any.

It's a shame Mikoto is stuck in Bozja for the time being. A Mikoto/Arenvald/Fordola/WoL light party sounds like it'd be kind of fun to me. I suppose we still have Krile, too, though I can't recall her ever doing much fighting, if any.

She blows up one of the pylons around Zurvan just before Regula was killed, and it must have been with Stone III at the time, but she's only shown with her cane out and the pylon exploding.
