    Gold Chocobo Feathers issue

TLDR: You can destroy Gold Chocobo Feathers. I threw 10 out as a sprout and now cannot get them back. Please make it so others can't make this mistake

Somewhat recently I made a new character to play thru the ARR rework with... I was surprised to find 15 gold chocobo feathers in my mailbox because I didn't have that on my main (so I bought Twintania on the alt lol)
After asking around I learned these are shared account wide, each character will get the same amount of feathers... which is weird. Why doesn't my main have them? I never bought anything with them because I didn't even know the rewards until recently!

My only guess is that I threw out these feathers. I have 5 on my main... not the 15 I should have. I was going to use my 1 item retrieval to get them back, but I cannot because of the 1 week limit on retrieving items. (for reference, I would have thrown these out sometime between Feb - April 2019.)

Now... I'm just upset. Those titles we got from the Ishgard Restoration rankings couldn't be thrown out! So clearly it is possible to do this to items. Why is it not done to these feathers? They are extremely rare!

Please please please change this so that they can't be thrown out in the future. I don't want another sprout to make the same stupid mistake I did!

It would also be nice if they added feathers to the Veteran Rewards system... but this is more important. (If they do add it to veteran rewards, maybe add an option to trade them for mgp? Because you'd eventually run out of things to buy)
