Very Heavy Foliage Shimmering

So i Started FF14 after a Year and everything is Fine its Runs on Max Smooth i have 85-100FPS but i use 60FPS Anyway runs very good.

The Big big big Problem is when im Standing Still Game is Okay BUT when im Starting to Move The Trees Grass and Ground Texture i Noticed starting to Shimmer like Crazy like some Ants running arround it Hurts my Eyes after a Time and ruins everything its like a Mess.

I have Turned of Grass this Helps only For the Grass but Trees etc are Still Shimmering

I Tried every Graphic setting on and off Window Mode Full Screen Window Mode

I Tried GShade with some Setting it makes the Game better Looking but the Shimmering on Trees Grass and Everything stays..

Im on an GTX 970 4GB with the Newest Driver Updates i even Tried to Manage some Nvidia Control Panel Setting but i makes no Difference.

I Think a Year ago with the SAME Pc i didnt Changed 1 thing it wasnt the Problem.

Is There any Fix for this bcs in Some Areas with many Trees or Grass the Screen is just a Eyesore x.x

I know one thing that reduced the amount of shimmer for me.
1. Higher Res monitor, 1440p for example.
2. Into nvidia control panel : select FFXIV game in the program list > Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias > Set to CLAMP
Restart game.

I Tried to Activate 4K Downscale to my Screen Resolution and not even there anything Changes Besides it can Only Run at 30FPS at 4K with my Card.. I Played FF14 1 Year Ago and i think i dont had this Problem at Least not so Noticable bcs now when i running in a Forest every Tree Grass and even the Ground is Shimmering with this Weird Filter BUT ONLY in Motion when im Standing still all is Fine..

Do you have this Problem too? I Watched some Youtube Vids and Twitch Streams and some of them dont have this or very very little. A Friend of Mine has a GPU much better than Mine and have this Too we dont know what this is Causing

I Heard its Very Bad or Non Existent Anti Aliasing because FXAA is extremly Bad. When i Play World of Warcraft im Using MSAA x8 and there is not even a single Shimmer or anything else hmmmmmmmmmm

Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Frozthax, if you are experiencing the same issue, please create a new forum post with a System Report for assistance along with any previously attempted troubleshooting. To generate a System Report, simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

For anyone running nvidia kit, THIS is the fix. Was very glad when nvidia made this setting do something again
