I doubt they'd implement something like that. Part of the hunt is the chance to look but not find the mark.

I think the S rank message was in response to complaints by spawners not knowing it had spawned before those using the third party programs were alerted and arrived to kill it. Since Rank As automatically spawn without player effort, there's really no need.

That's why all of the hunts have spawn windows as opposed to fixed spawn times.

Being able to at least know whether or not a given hunt's window is open or closed would spare people from wasting time to trying to spawn something that's not even available.
