FFXIV Launcher on PC sometimes visually indicates that it has focus, when it does not

    Date & Time: Ongoing
Frequency: Uncommon, but with perfect timing it could happen frequently
    SYSTEM_OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (6.2, Build 9200) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)

    Steps:

    1. Run the FFXIV Launcher.
    2. Click a different program's window at the exact wrong moment. (Approximately right as the FFXIV Boot program disappears, before the FFXIV Launcher appears.)
    3. (Optional) Accidentally start to type your login details into the wrong program.

    Full description:

If you run the FFXIV launcher, but click another program right at the very worst moment, as the FFXIV Boot program is disappearing from the screen, the FFXIV Launcher will appear but it will give the user the impression that it has text cursor focus when it does not.

The FFXIV Launcher window will (1) appear on top of the other program, (2) have a flashing text cursor, and (3) have a yellow highlighted input username or password input box. These signs all indicate to the user that the FFXIV Launcher has text focus and that it's safe to type their details.

When you begin to type, the input will actually go into the background window that you clicked. If this window happens to be a chat program such as Discord, you will end up beginning to type your login details into Discord.

I suppose it's possible that this is an issue with Windows itself, or with the web wrapper used to display the login page. However, I would think that there might be something a developer could do to mitigate this issue anyway.

Note: If anyone doesn't understand why I'm marking this as a bug: the FFXIV Launcher should not be displaying a blinking text cursor in its password field when it does not have text focus. There should only be one blinking text cursor onscreen at any given moment, and it should be in the program that is currently receiving keyboard input. (This is especially true if FFXIV is currently on top of the window stack, which doubly suggests that it has focus.)

I've uploaded a small video clip of this happening: https://i.imgur.com/OJRjQJC.gifv.

Here's a still image as well if that helps.
