What kind of design are you looking for? Specific style? Are you looking to use the whole house, or block off a floor for more item count? Open style, lots of rooms? Can't guarantee that I can help, but I see what I can do or I can try and ask around if I can't.

It's a FC house and I have redesigned it twice. Initially I went for a basic common style i feel most people go for and it was very bland. Then I have it currently designed with the bottom blocked off and stages placed over the stairs and only the lobby and top floor. Its unique looking now but im not sure its spectacular.

At the end of the day its a FC house and the vast majority seem to want something clean, and simple but inviting with plenty of social areas to afk and a clean look.

It would be easier to show you and discuss it in game further and see if you can offer advice or point me in the right direction.
