Help with transferring a character

2 weeks ago I bought the base version of FFXIV on steam, and with it I created a service account on MogStation. Today I bought the complete edition of FFXIV (non steam version) and I had to create a new service account.

I was wondering if there was any way to transfer my character from the old service account to the new one, as I've sunk 100+ hours into the game and I love it so far. I know I can get to the level I was in less time now that I have experience with the game, but it's still very disheartening having to start from scratch and losing the progress and friends I made.

Is there anything I can do? Maybe someone I can talk to that can help me resolve this?
