1. I was light farming Tam-Tara Deepcroft (Unsynced) light for Zodiac Weapons
2. After a while i suddenly got system messages for both mentioned times which are
following:

- Unable to register. Maximum number of duties exceeded.
- Unable to register while penalties are being incurred.

3. I couldn't see the cooldown penalty which would normally show up on duty finder and first time this happened yesterday it took over an hour till i was able to queue and today after 2 hours im not still able to queue anywhere.
4. I don't understand why this is happening because i was simply just farming light and didin't cancel the queue just normally exited after every clear.

Is there any way to fix this?

Like this cannot be real it happened once again today... is it just some certain amount of dungeons what you can complete in a day or what? -.-

There is a daily maximum of instances, yes.
I believe it's 200, but I've not personally gotten there. It's basically to stop botting somewhat without interruption for most legitimate players.
I have been told the instance timer resets at the same time as your GC turnin. 4pm EDT right now, but translate that to whatever time it would be for you.

Edit: I was wrong it's 100 instances, apparently.

I see well i'll thank you for this confirmation, guess i have no choice than just tone down my light farming
