It's all arguments that have been made for years on end. But the conclusion seems to logically be that it's nearly impossible to try to balance output of high-level kits to low-levels.

Kinda like, the difference between "average" and "good" is very small in early content, when players have few skills. The more skills you have, the wider that gap may become. Where do you slide that scale to keep the balance? Too low, and "good" high level players make everyone else feel useless. Too high, and the "average" high level player is barely contributing.

It's not all about potencies and numbers.

So to have all your skills, potency should probably still be reduced otherwise you would really break the dungeon for low-level players.
I would be more than happy to Holy in Sastasha, don't get me wrong, but it probably needs to be nerfed a bit...
It'd be no different than a group of BLU going through the content.

Ultimately, it's a leveling dungeon, who cares?

Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

Maybe new players learning their job? They might not want to have fast and furious runs where their team mates kill everything and they just try to follow?

It's already too late for that. Low level dungeons are so incredibly easy and bosses die so quickly that you often don't even see that they have mechanics besides auto attacking. And players are already rushing through leveling dungeons wherever possible because after the 100th run of Copperbell Mines you really just want to be out of there as fast as you can.

Yet I still see people do some really stupid stuff. Like running into every poison bag in Toto while aggroing the whole dungeon...
