    Was interested in complete collector’s edition upgrade which is 40 usd. Then I came across Europe’s rate which are 25 euros or 25 British pounds (about 30-32 usd). Not sure about NA price, wish I can pay in euro.

    I am a bit confused. Normally the complete collector's edition upgrade in europe is EUR 49.99 / GBP 49.99

    It is currently on a 50% sale and that's why it costs EUR 24.99 / GBP 24.99

    Isn't it on sale for NA as well?
