Hyur Midlander Face 1 and Face 2 eyebrows do not handle hair color correctly.

In character creation, for specifically, female Midlanders only, eyebrow colors for face 1 and face 2 do not appear to be handled correctly. As such, they always appear to be black regardless of hair color.

This is behaviour not consistent with all other races/gender/clan combinations that possess eyebrows. (Thus excluding Highlander males and Hrothgar.)

Steps for reproduction:
1. Load character creation
2. Load default female midlander
3. Select "Hair Color" to enable closer zoom on face. Zoom in on face.
4. Change hair color to white, note that eyebrow color does not significantly change.

That is not to say that the eyebrows do not change *at all*. Placing screenshots side by side show that there is *some* change of color, but that it does not behave the way that eyebrows do for all other races, including Midlander Female faces 3, 4, and 5.

edit: There is a previous bug report on this filed in 2017, which was declined due to a lack of information, but appears to be addressing the same issue, so it is clearly a long-standing and not new bug.
