dx11 crashing over and over just with a story quest all of a sudden

1) My PC is built not store bought. So it runs quite cool in fact so its def not overheating and I refuse to overclock anything for I know it runs the life of the graphics card and motherboard out faster.
2) I have tried window, borderless, Dx11 on and Dx11 off with just FF14 running and each time its either that same error window that pops up or the game just flat crashes. Yet I can do everything else in game with no issues. Im trying to level another class to see if those story missions are just as borked as this one is or if its just the MCH one im on.
3) Oh this is gonna be a treat to mess with gamefiles in such a way. (fyi didnt work still crashed)
4) Everything plugged in I kinda cant take out (keyboard and mouse)
5) I clean install Nvida drivers each time there is an update and the update was almost a week before this happened and did other story missions no problem.
6) You know I want to blow up on you guys so much for suggesting this. I should have looked more into what clean boot is cause now im god damn locked out of my PC for apparently your clean book disable everything locks me out of using PIN code to log in and now im stuck out of my damn PC. I hate you so much for suggesting this now and really debating on canceling my sub before it goes threw or challenging it if I cant fix this now. Thanks for making my day 10000000x worse cause your game is causing Dx11 crashing and im not the only one yet your first go to is our machines yet when telling you eveything else in the game works even MSQ ques which really should not with how they work with cutscences and combat.
