Suggestion: Desynthesis interface improvements

I have a few suggestions for improvement for the Desynthesis interface. I've numbered them for reference and shown where I suggest they be added in the screenshot below using the same reference numbers.

1. Could you add a drop down option to filter gear exactly like we have with turning in items via Expert Delivery?

2. Could you please show the optimal skill rating for desnythesis of each item in the list on the Desynthesis interface so we don't have to click through each one to determine it. Bonus points if it also highlights orange if you have more skill than is needed.

3. Can you also show our current desynthesis skill next to the class needed in the Desynthesis menu. If the highlighting suggestion from #2 above was implemented this could be left off. Alternately you could add this as a separate section at the bottom of the window with the current desynth skill next to the icon of each class.
