    I've lost all actions above level 40

    I bought an upgrade to lvl 70 for my alt. It worked fine, but I wanted to use the UI setup I have on my main, so I copied the data files from my main over to my alt. I got the UI correct, but I've lost all my actions above lvl 40. I suspect one of those datafiles I copied corrupts the system in some way, but what do I do?

    I've copied the original files back to the folder, but that didn't help. I also tried downloading a backup from the day I created the character ( August, and that didn't help either.
