Steps:
1. Kill the area S-rank monster
2. Wait for zonewide announcement "The minions of an extraordinarily powerful mark are on the hunt for prey."
3. Repeat, currently at around 80+ kills without a message
Normally, this would happen a low percent of the time. As there is no official number, I won't post any unofficial suspected percent based on previous data. However, the Chaos Datacenter has not had a single broadcast of this message in over a week. This is so unlikely at this point that we fear something may be broken.

i mean occam's razor and all? usually the simplest explanation is the correct one. why can't more people apply this theory to things? instead of wasting a bug report that most likely is not a bug at all.

I'll second his answer and also say it's probably just bad RNG.
80+ fights is a lot but consider the following two things.

Also has it been a week or has it been 80+ kills? Because you aren't spawning the S rank there 80 times in a week, even when adding all the ShB zones.
Edit: I see you're counting for the entire data centre. I question it's lack of spawn on every server every time. There's a strong possibility you and your hunting network simply weren't made aware of it happening.

You might not be aware of how organized the Chaos spawner community is. We would have known if it had happened.

Spawners have a discord where we repost every S rank we spawn, including ShB and minions. That's how we can check when they last spawned, down to the exact minute even. None of us have seen them for 11 days now. There's a chance it's bad RNG, yeah, but have you tried calculating how low a chance for that to happen would be? Especially when minions normally do spawn several times every week, sometimes several times per day.

-cough- Not everyone uses a bot to help their S Rank Tracking. -cough- ... Yet we still manage to keep track of all our S Ranks because our Chaos Spawners are very much dedicated. I mean, what are you implying here?

Last seen 15th July. That's already 11 days by now across a whole DC. That's plenty of spawns to go beyond 80+ kills total without seeing it once on any server.

Because Shadowbringers S Ranks spawn out of the blue and get killed without anyone knowing. You are literally talking about the spawner network of the whole chaos DC. If we aren't aware then no one is.

You are making assumptions about another datacenter that isn't adding anything to the bug report, and there is zero reason for me to present more info to anyone other than Square Enix.

Please leave it to let them review this. I will of course update or edit if this resolves itself.
