EDIT: After 2 and a half hours I dropped queue. Thanks for wasting my time.

I mean waiting on the queue aside, there are a multitude of things you could do during that time. Could be something in-game, or hell you could do something out of game like TV/Netflix/Switch etc the list is endless, time is only wasted if you use it poorly to begin with.
