About the Crystal Exarch...

Does he draw on the the power of the Crystal Tower to perform the various feats he has thus shown so far in Shadowbringers?

- Summoning people from different worlds

- Acting as a Paladin, White Mage or Black Mage through the Trust system before beating the Shadowbringer's Main Scenario

Er, that's all I can really think of at the moment. But does the Crystal Tower give him the ability to do all these things? Is it just purely through knowledge and practice that he gained these abilities over time or is it because he's fused with the Crystal Tower, or even both?

A little of all of the above. He has a direct connection to the tower and can tap it for all sorts of things, but a lot of the things we've seen him do also involve Allagan artifacts, Allagan enchantments, and when he uses those magicks you can see the little swirly Allagan glyphs (even in the trailer!). The TRUST system, though, I wouldn't think too hard about. Technically his job is "All-Rounder" and he just knows a wide variety of techniques, lol.

He has the tower, and all of the experiences of his long life, and I guess all of the Allagan knowledge that he gained via the blood activation by Doga/Unei. So yeah, All Rounder sounds like a pretty good way to sum up his skillset.

He essentially says “I am by no means a gifted mage, but I do have the tower as a power booster” at the start of 5.1. I’m sure he’s picked up techniques and knowledge aplenty, but he’s also reliant on the tower when it comes to having the raw power to put that knowledge to use.

Though it makes me wonder what the full potential of the Crystal Exarch is if he were given a proper and unique fighting style that better encompassed his "All Rounder" Job Class.

This was another thing I was thinking of, but what if Gra'Tia somehow figured out how to grant us (The Warrior of Light) access to the Crystal Tower's vast power by creating a Job Class Crystal from his royal Allag encoded blood, tethering us to the Crystal Tower (similar to Summoner and Bahamut) making us into a sort of "Crystal Sage" with access to various high level elemental spells and magicked defensive barriers. Thus allowing us to fully unlock the full power of the Crystal Tower as a Job Class where Gra' Tia fell short.

Ever since Gra' Tia was reintroduced in FFXIV through Shadowbringers I've been curious about the potential of us gaining a version of his power via a Job Crystal and so I'd like to know what you guys think.

I don't think that wouldn't work as well as you might think.

Graha relies heavily on the Tower. Any crystal formed from it would start losing power once you leave the Towers sphere of influence. And since we are an adventurer, we travel a lot and oftentimes don't have time to head back for a recharge. That's before going into the fact that only those of the Royal Allagan Bloodline could control the Tower. Heck before he became fully blooded he had very little control, if any at all, of the Tower itself.
