    You have to have a ticket number before they can do anything for you though. But it is infact a real person (if you can survive the hold).

    Am facing this issue since more than 36 hours ago after I logged out. Have not been able to log back in since.

    Only ONE of my THREE toons is NOT able to log in because of this error. . . . zzz...

    Disappointment really. I thought after the emergency update, 30002 will go away but it did not. *Sigh* What's the point of my MAIN toon being afflicted with 30002 and my other "lesser" toons being able to log in? I feel so demoralised now. It's been more than 4 days!

    I just bought this game last Friday and have been unable to put any real time on it because of this error. I am a long time MMO player and even longer FF player but this is getting to the point of ridiculous.

    If anyone manages to get a positive response from the devs in the way of a fix happening please let us know.

    Hey everyone just a note, it's been about 43hrs or so and my Wife is finally able to log on. Not sure what the problem was but I hope it's fixed on everyone else as well.

    It would appear that something has been done, somewhere.. I am also now able to log in! Thank you for delivering that news Oliver. I probably wouldn't have noticed tonight.

    Still looking foward to the reply to my support ticket on the matter. I want to know what they think it is, even though they probably won't share that information, or lack of..

    Until the next error 30002, I'm off to Eorzea! Thanks for the company.
