That's reassuring. I sent one yesterday night as well and are yet to hear from them. I wish they would make an official statement on the issue, with the amount of these 30002 threads popping up there is defiantly something wrong on their end and should at least let the player base know that they are at lease aware of it before any more people quit due to their lack of customer service regarding this.
Oooh do they have customer support on weekends after all? :O That's good. I put one in yesterday as well but didn't expect a reply with it being Saturday and all..
Edit* Oh I see, it was just a confirmation that it had been recieved..not an actual reply. Not quite as good.. but hey, at least there's that? I guess? xD
