There really isnt any.

This kind of content, if you're going to ilvl cap it, should be at the max level gear for that expansion.

They are ilevel capping it so that level 70 characters will not be significantly outgeared by those at max ilevel when synced up. i400 vs i430 is a much more manageable gap than i400 vs i500/i530.

This also lets them introduce side-grade gear that will be BiS for Bozjan without overshadowing tomestone and Savage gear. Do not be surprised if we get armor and accessories with Bozjan Effects similar to what Hydatos introduced to Eureka.

If they do the following, then they learned their lesson from past Eureka:

-Leveling doesn't take an eternity.

-The zone isn't a complete and total death trap. New Eureka is a battlefield, not a wild monster enclosure packed to capacity.

-Death doesn't de-level you. Losing exp is fine, but losing a level is a step too far.

-Special FATE drops aren't abysmally low. I mean, they can be rare, but not that rare. It was, and still is, rather absurd how rare things like the speed belt are.

I have nothing to say about the new things they are adding because I don't know enough. Hopefully it wont cause a salt explosion on contact.
My personal hope is that the relic weapon quest is calibrated with repetition in mind. There are over 15 jobs and if the developers want us to go to the moon and back for just one relic, they are doing it wrong.

We get the first one for completing one quest and subsequent ones for 1000 poem-tomes each, so I think there isn't much to worry about...yet.

If there's one thing I learned from these Eureka threads, it's that "Yippee, grinding health sponge field mobs for 200+ hours on end sounds like a return to peak 2010 snoretastic Korean grinder MMO design" and "I'm just laaaaazy and don't want to do any work for a relic" are apparently synonyms.

Pass my lazy butt the doritos and mountain dew then, because it sounds to me like the worst part of Eureka's design (its core) is here to stay.

You're not supposed to be able to reserve the portals. It's free for all. Using Discord servers to coordinate is not the intended gameplay so the onus is on you to run to the portal
