    Can't connect to Elemental data center through steam

    Hi Square Enix Technical,

    I can't connect into elemental data center, it keeps giving me error code 1012 : "A version update is required. Select OK and launch the game again" but I have the latest patches. I was able to launch/start the game but when I go and click "Start" button to connect to my character, error 1012 pops up every time.

    Instead of hitting Start, try selecting your data center again via the option right below it. It's fixed it for me when I had this happen once after a 90001 error.

    Were any changes or updates made to the network settings? Additionally, are you connected directly to the router or using WiFi?
