I don't think anyone is denying that they exist but having content like this would surely encourage the use of such 3rd party programs wouldn't it ?

I would probably much prefer a pop NM than an open world NM that can be claimed, there is nothing fun about losing a claim you have been camping for hours.

Make the spawn conditions either from a series of REPEATABLE CHALLENGING quests where an item is gained to summon spawn the HNM to battle in the open field. Or make it an instanced area where once successful there is a long lock out of 2-3 days

In Ver 2.0 they already have plans for zones to be controlled by free companies through the management of resources and PvP. That will created enough competition between LS/Free Companies.
