People should have to earn the right to fight HNMs. One way is by completing instance raids, killing bosses, and lesser NMs to get trigger items. Its like fighting off the big bosses henchmen before finally getting to face him. Those items will disappear after using them so the group or LS will have to farm them again.

I think this way promotes group effort, and co-operation that spans for a long time. It is way better than the lazy wait for it to pop so i can bot claim way etc.
