It sounds like you're trying to actually queue for it through the duty finder. Don't do that. Nobody does that, which is why you aren't getting any parties. You need to use the Party Finder if you want to do Extremes and Savage content.

This, only the Japanese data centers use the duty/raid finders to find groups for that sort of content. Everywhere else uses Party Finder.

i can still see quite a few on aether, when data center is the busiest, that fight is really easy now with echo and most of group will be done with 8 run atmost so you have to keep your eye on PF often if you want to join a pug one
