Its old content unfortunately, so finding groups will be harder. Especially since it can't be unsync'd at all til 6.0.

This is most saddening. I worked to get access to it and now I can't even do it :'(

Trying to get things together and get things done has proven to be tricky in this ground oriented game.

Like, I wanna do more E4S for the glams, but I'm never looking for it in party finder. Best bet is to get a group together (joining a raiding group or FC) and just use PF to pick up any extra people you may need.

Too bad you're on a different data centre because I would have loved to join you for e4s. It's a fun fight and I could need some more glamour from there.
Maybe your DC has a CWL for previous tier? Mine has and though it doesn't have many people in it, it's enough to form a party or fill 1-2 slots via PF at worst. You may occasionally see some parties farming their ultimate gear with slots open and they are usually pretty friendly and take people who haven't cleared it along.

Keep an eye out around peak time. A lot of people will want to do tea in the upcoming months and will need their e4s clear. You might find a group.

I've joined a few groups on PF recently. But I'm on Aether and I see you are on Primal so maybe that might be a factor?

e4s (and all of edens gate) still gets run for TEA BiS

It sounds like you're trying to actually queue for it through the duty finder. Don't do that. Nobody does that, which is why you aren't getting any parties. You need to use the Party Finder if you want to do Extremes and Savage content.
