Can't connect to Hyperion server, [Error 30002]

I can get to the character select screen, but when I try to log onto my character, I get the 30002 error. Since it says the error has occurred on the game server, I figured that it was the whole Hyperion server that was down, I assumed it was having issues like Sargatanas server was,... well problem is, my friends can connect to Hyperion, but me and my brother can't.

I checked my services options on SE account management and my character's status is continuous and is good through May 5th.... so thats not the problem. Any ideas what could be causing this...? Anyone else having this problem?

edit: I've checked other threads via search function and even googled it, can't figure out whats causing this error for me.

Plug out your modem for about 30 minutes, check that you have your ip changed, log on and everything should be alright

(Old problem, fixed it for a LS member some days ago too )

THANK YOU! I unplugged it for bout 40 minutes while I watched TV and it works perfectly fine now, I can log in again!
