While I don't feel the desire to go all backstabby about it, I would apprecaite it if they actually let some deaths be final. Papalymo got the short end of the stick as being the only Scion that SE found truly dispensable. But yeah, as a whole, I just really dislike how they have so many fake deaths in this game. Lets start having some proper deaths! Just don't hurt Alphinaud, he's adorable.

Definitely can’t agree. I like the cast quite a lot, honestly I’d like to see more of them. As for them being in raids they just don’t really have the numbers for it currently, but given Memoria I’m hopeful they’ll do that next expansion honestly.

The scions are fine, Thancred was great this expansion and the twins and urianger are always enjoyable.
It would be nice for one of Y'shtola's many "deaths" to stick, but that's less because I dislike her and more because the plotarmor is pretty clear. It's practically a running gag at this point.
I also wouldn't mind if they'd play for keeps more with major characters. Some important deaths of characters who aren't just relevant for one expansion would be nice. But I'm okay with the Scions.

Hell, this is the first time they've all been in focus together since ARR. Usually we only get focus on one at a time.

I actually agree with most of what Gaius says during his elevator rant in Prae. Certainly, he makes a lot more sense than some lazy do-nothing like Kan-E-Senna. I want my character to drop kick that horned idiot every time she opens her mouth.
