    Bow Shock is mostly fine in my opinion with it being an ogcd. On the other hand, Sonic Break is weird with it being a weaponskill with a 60s cooldown.

    In some jobs they are mostly superfluous. Both Gunbreaker's Sonic Break and Blackmage's Thunder III could be dropped from the rotation and how both jobs' play would be relatively unchanged.

    Since the healer DoTs are insta cast, meaning this does give you a window to use oGCDs without having to delay your GCD at all.

    If the healer DoTs were removed, I could then see people wanting Glare and Broil to have a shorter cast time like Malefic to allow smoother oGCD usage.

    That would cost BLM a movement ability and make Xeno much more rigid as you would have to use it in ice phase to cover MP ticks, while at the moment you can swap T3 and Xeno if things line up correctly or you force an alignment with Sharpcast. Optimizing T3 is a minigame by itself, removing it would make the job a lot simpler.
