Is it time to remove dots from the game?

Yeah, no, thats a bad idea. Combat is already pretty simple, removing dots would make it more so.

I wouldn't mind is bard got a bane skill next expac though. Maybe on iron jaws

This is what I thought when they turned Shadowflare into a cooldown. It went from a consciously casted spell, that had its costs and benefits, into a free "press this button when it lights up" cooldown...
