In game special quest request

*Proposal Request* I have 2 amazing friends Dan and Katy that are having their second child soon. Dan is planning to propose to Katy. I was reading on reddit that sometimes devs will put in a special quest line custom for things like this (Just a few side quests that lead to a proposal with their names or something cute) They are the biggest ff14 fans I have ever met. Katy has always dreamed of a ff themed wedding since she started playing when ff14 first released.She has made 7 new characters just to go through the story line again and again, because she absolutely loves the entire lore. Would it be possible to maybe do a small quest line for her in game for a day? It would make her entire year! I realize this may be hard to do, and i'm sure you guys are already so very busy, but this would mean the absolute world to her.
