Arena Lock Teleport In and Trolls

Hi, I'd like to discuss something that happened to me recently in a 24-man raid. So, without naming names or anything, please hear me out.

I'd like to see the arena teleport in after a lock no longer happen automatically after a set time. The reason why is because I just had a Mhach run where someone died, returned, and went straight into Ozma and tried to live long enough to make the automatic teleport into the arena so that we'd wipe on Ozma again after wiping the first time.

I know we shouldn't have wiped in the first place, but after trying my best to make sure it didn't happen that's not really the problem. The problem is the ability for trolls to just return and force players back into an arena. And especially in 24-man raids, that can be a problem.

Anyway, if anybody has any other thoughts on this, that's what this post is here for.

The Lock Out Teleport is the worst thing to be implemented in the game. Have they not seen the Leeroy Jenkins video? This enables trolls and enables them to wipe raids and parties when people aren't ready.

This is a problem, but the thing that makes it a bigger problem is that we can't kick people during combat or while loot is rolling. All other things being perfect, you would be able to kick someone who was griefing the party like this. What we really need is improvements to the kick system:
    1. Allow initiation of a kick even during combat or while loot is available.
    2. If the party is currently in combat, save the results of the vote until after combat has ended.
    3. If the end of combat results in a treasure coffer, save the results until the coffer has been opened.
    4. If a coffer has been opened, save the results of the vote until loot has been distributed.
    5. Kick the person.

That way problem players who deserve to be removed can't use combat and loot as shields to continue to grief the party.
