Random Rare Events on the Overworld

Well there's sorta something like that in ShB where special enemies will randomly spawn in each zone, and if enough are killed, it spawns a super monster

Problem is it almost never happens as trolls will agro the monster then de-agro it, causing it to despawn.

That's unfortunate, I don't see why people feel the need to do things like that. If these were FATE based then they would have a timer where they couldn't be griefed.

isn't this literally just Odin,Proto ultima,fox lady,ixion fates etc etc

Something like that, but they would be across all zones and not just specific areas. One mob could be in the Shroud one day and Kholusia the next.
